Sarenne waterfall
Nature & hiking
Less than half an hour's walk from Le Cosy Lodge, at the foot of the Alpe d'Huez climb, the Sarenne torrent tumbles down a beautiful waterfall just behind the La Cascade campsite, less than 100 metres from the start of the GR 54. Come for the cool air and the sound of the water; the keenest can then climb the rock slabs, fitted with handrails, up to the hamlet of La Ville (1,031 m), with the Bourg plain at their feet. A short, free outing, perfect in the late afternoon.
